Description:
The very fine bubbles highlight the dress pale yellow with green reflections. The whole thing is crowned with an elegant, persistent cord. Everything in this champagne expresses freshness: the aromas white flowers, mint, lemon. The palate, initially supple, greedy reveals itself good length supported by acidity refreshing. Finally the notes of candied lemon mingle with almond.

Winemaker:
Both the Goutorbe and Bouillot family have a history of winemaking dating back to the early 18th century but they came together in the 1930s when Pierrette Bouillot and Jules Goutorbe married.
The house is now managed by Dominique and Bastien and they look after 8 hectares, under both HVE and VD in the village of Damery. The wines show a lovely play of freshness alongside a brilliant touch of maturity.
